if a party registered both as composite and regular dealer and invoice is issued in the name of composite dealer at the place of regular dealer.now can we issue credit note for that bill issued at the name of composite dealer and issue new bill in the name of regular dealer.

But a party cannot be registered as a regular as well as composition dealer at the same time

The are under different pan means at the name of two different person .simply saying bill to be issued in the name of regular but issued in the name of composite dealer.how to resolve this

I think you should issue a credit note and issue a new bill
