major modifications not possible yet. you can register a new gstin if you have just started your business

Yes. You can opt out from composition scheme to Regular dealer at any time before the quarter...
Just you can use the option of "opt out composition scheme". But, Now the option is not available. You can wait for Opening of Amendment section and you ll make changes....

Fill the CMP-04 form to be submitted to the jurisdictional officer in offiline mode

Write an application to your jurisdictional GST officer. they will forward it.

@ Rinku Gupta Sir,
CMP-04 is the form of opt out from composition scheme. At the time of convert we can fill and submit the form. It's have the details of stock and more details. In case you ll see the form then you can get clarity....
