Completion of Articleship and formalities

I had a querry regarding completion of my articleshio (CA Final new course)

We are required to do articleship for 3 1/2years which includes 3 months leave for PCC Exam and 3 months leave for Final Exam. I joined my articleship in DEC 2006 and my articleship completion month is June 2010... But I am eligible for 3 months leave for final exam....that means my articleship is completed in MARCH......Am I Correct???

If yes, what are the formalities required to be completed???  pls help
