completion of articleship

My articleship will be completing  on 10th of july . plz anyone tell me in detail about fomalities to be done after it .

it will be better that any one who had completed his articleship in nearby may scan his forms and send on e-mail id omhare_yogesh @ yahoo.co.in.

You will have to submit Form no.113 duly signed by you as well as your Employer to the Institute within 30 days from the date of completion of your Articleship.means you have to submit form no.113  on or before 10th August.i.e. from 30 days of 10th July...

My friends articleshhp was completd on 18th june 2010. He have taken 30 excess leaves. Which form should he fill up??

he will have to serve the period of xcess leave taken after completion of the articleship period, ...

Hi.   u will submit form no.108 with in 30 days of ur articleship completed. and form no.119 with in 15 days.If u want to extend ur articleship then u will submit form No.107.U take the detail in google search.

antony, i hope u have submitted form 108 for completion of ur articleship. if u havent submitted it then submitted it immediately . ICAI will send u the letter for excess leave taken by u & the balance period to be served. If u r going to continue ur articleship under the same employer then u need to submit form 107 within 30 days.

yogesh, as ur  articleship is completing on 10th july so ur u have submit form 108 duly signed by u & ur employer to ICAI within 30 days i.e within 10th of august.

why the form no.  119  to be submit after submitting form no. 108 for completion of traning

I m a PCC Student. My articleship period is for 3 and half year which gets over by 15th July 2010. Can any one guide me as to how to fill page 4 in Form 108 with regard to 'Details of work undertaken and Training received'.

The problem is there is only 3 years column available... What about balance half year!!

For balance half year, just write +6 months alongwith 3 years..

I think u must give the whole details (for full 3 and Half yrs).. I dont think u would hav given d details of working days to institute when u got trfed... right??

 

Form 108 should be submitted to the office of the Institute within 30 days. In case of delay in filing 

the form beyond the stipulated period, it has to be accompanied by a request for condonation and 

appropriate condonation fee as per the following schedule: 

(i) Delay upto 30 days beyond the initial period  Rs.    100/- 

(ii) Delay between 31 days & 180 days      Rs.    300/- 

(iii) Delay beyond 181 days                 Rs. 1,000/

My articleship has been completed on 29th April.2011. I have submitted form 108 in ICAI. I want to know that this articleship is count in my experience future.
