i hav 2 fill 108 in 3 copies.... 1 for my principal, 1 for me, n 1 for sending to institute... m i correct

I also heard about 109. Is dat also required to be filled?

109 is for termination, which before completion of articleship, in cases of termination (total termination/ transfer).

Form 108 is for you.

Ask your Principal how he/ she prefers, practice I've seen is, one copy is filled and two photocopies are made. Original goes to ICAI, one is kept by the Principal, and another by the article.
