Dear friends,

I am a PCC student who have completed my articles period and have send Form-108 to the SIRC-CHENNAI because my registration comes under southern india regional council. I have dispatched Form-108 on 06.03.2012(However, i have sent Form-108 belatedly along with condonation letter and stipulated condonation fee) through Speed post.

Can anybody tell me when will i get communication stating that i have completed my term of articles from the institute? Is there any time limit for receiving that communication?

If i donot get communication from the institute what should i do to approach institute?

there are no fixed period for this but mostly on and Avg it take 30-45 days..

but if you do not recieve Article ship completion letter from institute within 2 month from the date of submission of form 108 then you need to contact with Article section of Institute

you may contact them through mail or phone or you can send a letter regarding non receipt of Article completion letter okay.................

and more thing where ever you living in India and if in your place there is ICAI instutute you can go directly and you can contact them for any query regarding this.

Swami, even i have sent form 108 on 29-02-2012. I havent received articleship completion letter so far. But, i have submitted a grievance through e-saahaayata in icai.org and got response that it will be received by april 25th.

i suggest you submit grievance at e-saahayaata giving full details. you will get promt response.
