section 25 compaany registers under companies act while trust is to b registered under indian trust act
trust may b for the private or public purpose whereas section 25 companies to promot science art literture etc
if public charitble trust follows certain conditions then its income is excempted from tx whereas no exemption for section 25 compny
section 25 company has to pay tax on book profit u/s 115jb no payment of tax for trust under this section
