A company incorporated in 2002, afterwards its has not been filed any documents with ROC n Income Tax Dept. Even directors dont have DIN and Digital sign.

Now, Company n its Directors wants to file all pendings documents with concern ROC and Income Tax Dept.

My Queries
1.hw to get DIN ? form DIN 3 hv to file ?
2. what abt AGM ? have to obtain extention for AGM? or suppose AGM held in time, but dlay in filling?
3. Now how to file the old documents which are pertaining to those years when electronic system was not present. we have to file physical or what ?

for applying DIN there will not be any problem unitl they have the ID and address proof. DIN-3 you can file it in the latest date after receviing the DIN-2 from the directors. For filing DIN-3 also no problme unitl you have DIN.

you can file the balance sheets under delay filing, if you can get the signatures of auditors under back dated. getting a DSC is easy if you have ID and address proof of directors. file ASAP, as presenlty the CLSS scheme is going on. so that you can save some fees

U CAN FILE DIN 3 FROM MCA SITE.

AFTER FILING DIN3 U CAN FILE ALL DOCUMENTS FOR THE SAME.
