Company Name Approval

In case of a company name , how come names are approved for say Siemens Ltd , Atul Limited wherein they have not mentioned business objects , how can one get a company name approved without specifying the business objects in its name , There are three parts in a companies name - First part Unique name or phrase or words of the company, Second part signifies the business objects, Third part its status whether Public Limited or Private Limited. If I have to open a company by the name say "Unicom Inter Private Limited" can I get the name approved by ROC , if yes then how? as I have got a rejection in one such case wherein the reply from ROC says Business Object not given in the name. Please address.
