I have register a company as ABC HR Solution pvt. ltd. mainly provides recruitment service.
now I want to sale purchase of medical items. Can I do it.
To start or deal in ordinary course of business and that activity not mention in the object clause so you need to amend article for inserting that activity in MOA of the company.
Sorry for the typo the word article in the fifth line should be read as memorandum of the company.
