dear sir,

 

i want to have through knowledge on company law procedure issues. which is better book on these subject.

i find one book, company law procedure from bhandari. is it good book, it cost aroud rs.5000/-. and my budget is 5000 only.

please suggest

Bhandari procedure book is very nice book and it will be very usefull. Books are only for initial guideline. Discuss the subject with many professionals to master the procedures. That is the right way. Regards K.Ramasubbu
