Dear Medha roy,

                           It seldom happens incompany proceedings that some document is required to be signed by one authority is mistakenly signed by another. Even if it does, correction needs to bemade . Everyone in the company is ware of his jurisdisction and power- and the authority to put their signature is one of them.
