can anybody jus tell me if the proposed company bill 2008 is enacted into law ....and it becomes applicable....as far as my CA FINAL attempt in NOV 2009 is considered...will it be applicable??
i just dont know whether to study the existing corporate law or should i wait for the new law to come???
Would suggest you to talk to the ICSI on this and seek clarification

Companies bill 2008 is approved by the Cabinet. Now it will be placed before the parlaiment for discussion and voting( may be in the comiing session ). Then it may be passed with or without modification. There after the president's assent has to be obtained and has to be published in the official Gazette. Afyer all that you can study the amended Act. For the time being study Companies Act, 1956. |
