If Sign authority on Form 23ACA & AC shows 30th sept, 2007 and AGM date is 29th Sept, 2007 than what will be the date of Board meeting.If their is another Board Meeting on 14th sept, 2007 than in which Date of Meeting Adoption of Balance Sheet and Other Reports will be taken.......................

Well, the BM can be shown on 14th september provided the shorter notice in Form No.-22A is obtained from ALL members of the company. however, if it is not urgent to give the BM the 14th september date, then have a 25 days gap between date of notice and date of AGM u/s 171.
