Hello expert, If I want to register company with manufacturing of different types of garments & it's trading and also other multiple product trading wholesale and retails (like, toys, electrical, gym product, Shoes, bag, outdoor, office, home appliances , softwareetc.) So what is object, and what activity division code select for incorporate kindly suggest

Please go through the NIC Code attached.

As far as I know, ROC does not allow new Companies to have multiple businesses in their Main Object Clause.

Hence you will have to incorporate a company for manufacture of garments and its trade (Division 18). Then another one for trading of multiple products wholesale & retail (Division 74), individually wholesale is Division 51 and retail is Division 52.

Thank you sir. sir in applying Run form I choose manufacturing of garments and in MOA can I consider wholesale trading as other or ancillary activities of company

The ancillary activities are those which are incidental or required to carry out the Main Objects. Hence new businesses such as trade of goods not specified in Main Objects cannot possibly be considered.

Than you so much sir for you valuable response. now we register company under division code 74 trading of multiple products in whole sale and retail than after year we will modify or add object
