Company incorporation

(i) The Board of Directors may from time to time appoint one among them or any other person to be the Managing Director to manage the affairs of the Company for such period and upon such terms and conditions as they think fit and may from time to time remove or dismiss him from office and appoint another in his place. The Managing Director shall, subject to the supervision and control of the Board of Directors, have the management of all the affairs and business of the Company and of all its assets and shall exercise all such powers and authorities as are nor barred by statute or by any regulations of the Company or by any resolution of the Board of Directors expressly or specifically required to be exercised only by the Company in General Meeting or by the Board of Directors. 

(ii) Mr.............. shall be the Managing Director of the Company for a period of five years from the date of incorporation of the Company and as per the provisions of the Act.

May I know whether the above mentioned clause is contained in companies act 2013. If so which section?
