Was wondering if this is the right section to post my query
I am planning to register a company ( pvt ltd ) with the name ending with .com and it would be a Realty company and we want it to be ABCRealty.Com Pvt. Ltd.
My query is does ROC allow registration of such a name with the name ending with .com or do i have to register with ABCRealty Com Pvt. Ltd without the .

yes Roc will allow such name. But what ever name you will proposed/ apply you have to give the correct significence of that name to the ROC.
the activity of the company will have to be mentioned after the name of the company;
Ex: Reliance COMMUNICATIONS Limited;
What do u mean by correct significance. Say name of the co. is XYZ Tradex Pvt Ltd. then significance of XYZ to be given or significane of Tradex to be given pls help
significance of both is required as it reflects that the proposed name is in consonence with the main objetc of the company
