Respective Sir, please help me my Firm (ABC is a partnership firm) closed on 31-03-2014 with loss, our management decided to start a new private limited company name (XYZ Pvt. Ltd) my question is regarding the closed firm's Finishing stock rupee 700000/- aproximate is not sales till date. what is the right way to solve that problems. please reply ???????????

Sir, when you transfer this amount to new company then take it on cost or market value which ever is lower. I hope answer is clear or you can put a p.m to me. Regards
