Can a director inspect register of member as per section 94 of act?

yes As per section 94(2) and as per rule 14 he can inspect the registers on payment of fee as specified in articles of association of company but not exceeding 50rs for each inspection.
But in icai module in one example answers says director can't inspect register of members
But as per sec 94 'any other person can inspect '
I think its incorrect in module,is it?
yes.. he can inspect.. any other person includes director as well
