Hello frnds....

Pls find attached Part II and Part III of the Backgrounder on the Companies Bill, 2013, containing comparative Table showing the Clauses of the Companies Bill 2013 and corresponding sections of the Companies Act 1956, issued by ICSI.


Part - II
·        Chapter I to Chapter X


Part - III
·        Chapter XI to Chapter XXIX

Hi Aanya

 

For Mozilla browser...

There is a bookmark option in the Menu bar...

 

For Google Chrome browser

Press Ctrl+D and the bookmark option will open..
