Companies (auditor's report) order, 2003

Dear Friends,

Can anybody tell me whether Companies (Auditor's Report) Order, 2003 (CARO) is applicable under Companies Act, 2013. If yes, in which Section they have mentioned it.?? And whether the Auditor of a Company is eligible to give any comments in the Notice and Directors report prepared under the new Companies Act format. Need ur help..
