I have appointed an additional director (Category : Professional) in a private limited company which is a subsidiary of a public company by a board resolution in the month of July 2016.
Is it compulsory to regularize the director in AGM to be held on 30.09.2016?
If yes what forms and attachments i will have to prepare and file and by what time?
Yes he has to be regularised in AGM. On appointment, you have to file DIR 12
What attachments i need to file with DIR-12?
which resolution is required to regularise director ? Ordingary or special?
