Companies act 2013

I have downloaded the supplementary study paper on notified sections of chapter 9 and 10 of the companies act 2013 for Nov 2014 law exams where I have found section 128 to 148 applicable.But if we go through new book of Munish Bhandari,we will find new sections quoted for chapters like Directors also like sec 263 as sec 162 or sec 265 as sec 163 although the content is same.I am confused so as to whether we have to quote sections as per Companies act 1956 or as per Companies act 2013 in this exam for Chapters like Directors.Plz guide.
