Though the same is available on mca.gov.in, it is not updated even as per Companies Amendment Act, 2002, what to talk about amendment Act, 2006.

here you can find aall the bare acts fo all relevant laws duly up dated, the thing is you can access it online only, i.e you need internet connection to see this.
