commission income
a person is an agent of AMWAY.If he wants to efile to get his tds back which ITR should he file ?Can he file ITR I ?if yes where should I put his commission income ?

Assessee can file ITR 1 under head Income from Other Source if his / her commission income is less than 50 lacs and he / she doesnt invest in listed shares.
Otherwise assessee has to file ITR 4 44AD if he / she wanna show commission income as business income.

Person cannot file ITR 4 in case of commission income it is prohibited. Also, commission is in nature of business so he cannot show such income under Income from other sources. He has to maintain books of accounts and file ITR 3 by preparing proper Profit and loss Account and Balance Sheet.

Under which section TDS is being deducted ? if it is under section 194H he cannot file ITR 4. He has to file ITR 3 only.
