Commerical industrial law and auditing-how to study

Hi All,

I am preparing for ICWAI Inter Exam. The language of Module for Commerical Industrial Laws and Auditing is very difficult.It is taking lot of time for me to understand and interpret it, Can anyone please suggest what would be the better way of doing it. Even after reading that material, I am finding difficult to answer the questions of RTP.
