I think 40% of the paper was flat, rest 60% was tricky. Overall not a good paper. But still I think I will be able to pass.

Surely easier than nov - 13... but ppl who were left CFS for options regretted it ... cfs & amalgamation were a giveaway.. 40% of the ppr was very tricky..
was it easy when compared to Nov 2013 paper??

Better that nov 13. Still was tough only. Good will valuation carries too many assumptions. Amalgamation was a mix from 2 sums I guess. AS were also concept based. Maybe one can scrape through with theory and valuation, eva, amalgamation but definitely 55+ is not easy. Concept based only, so we can expect sfm 2 be similar. Hope sfm turns out easy unlike nov 13.

I think paper was not too easy nor too hard an average 60-70 Maks Scoring Paper.
Human resource accounting. No such concept in study material too. How should a student prepare? Further AS questions were bouncer. Can someone tell me abt the market value added question?
