Comlpetion of Articleship About Form 107

Hello,

If Form 107 Sent with Form 108 for serving excess leave taken after completing normal term of article then, What will action after completion of period in Form 107( after Serving Excess Leave Taken)?? to get completion letter from institute of articleship...... Is Form 108 required to  send again to institute?????
