Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies how to declare a co-owned property in your Income Tax Return (ITR), even if you are not receiving any rent from it. While co-owners who receive rent must declare 50% of it each, the process for declaring the property itself when there's no rental income is also addressed. The advice suggests checking your inbox for further assistance on this matter.

If you both are co owners and receiving rent, then 50% of it will be taxable separately in both of you. Also, if you need any help , please check out your inbox.
