taxpayer should fill cmo 03 before 31. 3 .19 to opt in for composition.....recently notifying in the portal

Cmp03 , the Taxpayer who have opted for Compositions scheme need to provide Stock detail in CMP03
and you are also require to file itc 03 ..after filing cmp03
