I have taken registration in CMA course (Inter) in 2012, probably in old course through postal scheme. I haven't written the exams yet. Now I want to appear for June15 exams, so can I write exams for new syllabus?

No, you have to wait for Dec 2015. The last exam in syllabus 2008 is in Jun 2015. You might need to revalidate your cc as it's valid for 3 years.
