Cma final test papers under postal scheme

If you are talking about the CC Papers then, no it is not mandatory. Institute have not yet made the announcement for the same.

It is the regional council who provide you the cc clearence certificate. I have personally contacted the WIRC and they told submission of test papers is not complusory. Further, my friends who belong to other council, are still submitting the papers.

So get confirm from your Regional council but as far as WIRC is concerned it is not complusory to submit the papers. I have appear fro Group 4 with submission of test papers and even clear the exam and got my result too.
