My party has refused to give account confirmation/copy of our ledger in their books. I am unable to reconcile my accounts without confirmation. Is there any legal recourse availble for my aid? I have a doubt that the party does not want to pay off balance to me. Please reply.
send them a letter through registered post with acknowledgement due. they will be obliged to reply.If reply not received send them notice through advocate.
