Client not providing account confirmation
My party has refused to give account confirmation/copy of our ledger in their books. I am unable to reconcile my accounts without confirmation. Is there any legal recourse availble for my aid? I have a doubt that the party does not want to pay off balance to me. Please reply.

send them a letter through registered post with acknowledgement due. they will be obliged to reply.If reply not received send them notice through advocate.
Send notice or mail for pay due balance ,if they not response then take legal action ...
