Clarification regarding GSTR2 and GSTR2A

I have applied for GST practitioner in Jul-18 & still my application status is "Pending for Processing " but today suddenly I got the call from one guy & he asked me to share the undertaking for Degree & other criteria like age & legal case etc. which is one pager

He also demanded the "Degree Certificate", "Adhar Card" Self Attested copy on his personal Gmail ID

I am a little bit confused why department need my documents when I have already submitted & why this guy needs the documents on personal mail ID, So I need your help should I share the document on his personal ID or not

 

 

 

In my personal opinion, you should not give away your documents to any stranger. And if its some GST officer, ask for their official id.

GSTR 2A is only draft Form of Inward supplies from Registered dealer. So, It's not fileable return...


GSTR 2 is not available or No more notification about it's filing. So, No need file this return.
