Quick Summary
This discussion addresses a situation where a company has deducted TDS for services rendered but has failed to deposit the full amount with the government. It clarifies that deducted TDS must be deposited, and a TDS certificate issued. The company's failure to deposit the TDS constitutes non-compliance and may result in penalties for them.

Tds if deducted must be deposited and tds certificate must be signed and issued.
If a company has deducted TDS and it has not submitted, it will be a non compliance on their part. TDS will attract a penalty.
