company deducted tds against our service but not deposited (half deposited ) to Government

how to claim, my deducted tds

Tds if deducted must be deposited and tds certificate must be signed and issued.

If a company has deducted TDS and it has not submitted, it will be a non compliance on their part. TDS will attract a penalty.
