Works Contract Service
Any Civil work awarded to any contractor is comes under works contract i.e service of any contractor should be taken place.
if the company itself constructed by its own staff it will not comes under works contract.
If the civil work contract awarded to a contractor is composite in nature, i.e. includes both labour and material, it shall fall under works contract service.
