Quick Summary
This discussion explores whether an ICAI member, who is not in practice, can use the prefix 'CA (Name) (Corporate Lawyer)'. The consensus is that doing so, even without using the formal designation ACA/FCA, could lead to professional misconduct under the Chartered Accountants Act. The key issue is the implication of using the 'CA' prefix which is reserved for chartered accountants.

You can't do it. it will lead to professional misconduct.
