In most of GCC countries CA has to perform as accountant rather than auditor.In an any interview, most employers look for operational aspect, thus CA without experience are ignored when compared to B Com with experience.What may be the reasons?

It's a bitter truth...I think those who had done their articles can overcome these situations, but who doesn't have any articles experiance may be overrun by the experienced B.com candidates....

There are many CAs who have no practical knowledge. Even the 12th pass Account professionals have good knowledge as compare to those CA. It is due to dummy article ship.
In gcc country there is nothing like taxation structure. so they hire semi qualified person because of theirr lower salary structure, if they hire ca then it would be costly for company. in gcc country they are accounting software tally which user friendly so that a novice accountant perform thier task easyly
