Charge satisfaction in ROC RECORDS NOT APPEARING
We had satisfied few charges of the company when the process of filing was manual i.e more than 20-25 years back however as per MCA portal it is still showing all charges as open.. We don't have those records now.. please inform how to proceed as we have to close the company.

Evidence of filing of satisfaction of charge is must, if not available check your vouchers in record which evidence that you had filed and check with ROC OFFICE, to inspect the charge register maintained by ROC, 20-25 years back there was a system of filing form 17 and 13 for satisfaction of charge in triplicate, where two copies used to be returned to company for them as well as for bankers, after it is registered by ROC. or alternatively you can obtain a certificate from your banker certifying that the loan has already been satisfied.
