One of the client Company has received order of income tax by impossing charge on it's asset. Whther -E-form CHG-1 is required to be filed with RoC as per Section 77 of the COmpanies Act, 2013. If yes, Please explain the procedure for getting duly signed e-form CHG-1 from the Income Tax department ?
