In this app I couldn't find Chapter 21A which is about producer companies.
chapter 21 part I and part II is given but chapter 21A is not there.
please clarify.

Chapter 21A and Chapter XXIA are the same. If your resource is missing it, check the list of chapters under the "XXI" range or search for "Producer Companies" directly, as it is often listed as Chapter XXIA in the Table of Contents of the Companies Act, 2013.
