Changes in partnership deed.

there is a change in partnership. 1 partner retired in May and another admitted as new partner. client says because of coronavirus, court was closed and we couldn't procure deed and so it was signed on letter head in May and deed date is of Nov which is signed stating that changes done in May. can it be accepted in tax audit and for return considering all partners agree to it.
