CHANGE required in CA Studies & CA Coaching Institutes.
Students and Parents are just choosing Huge Crowded Coaching Centres for studies.
Earlier, Schools were like this. For One Class, 100 to 200 Students.
Many were failing and not getting good results.
Then, Students opted for Home Tuitions - Personalised Coaching
Studies shown that a class room with more than 50 cannot motivate the students and cannot impart quality of education. Even Foreign Countries, one can find class rooms with 10-25 students only.
Hence, Schools changed to 30 to 50 students per class and made Sections for each Class (in case of more numbers).
But Now, Even the Great CA Coaching Institutes have not recognised the above fact.
Most of the Coaching Centres have more than 150 - 300 students per batch and students doubts clearing itself a doubt.
In this type of environments, Students just attend the class rooms, and copy the notes whatever they hear or able to see and come back to home & go through again (if time available) whatever copied, is understood or not.
For this one can buy a good text book and do the same. Since, the Coaching Institutes prepared the same and presented to you in a Commercial Manner.
Basically, Coaching is required for Understanding the Subject, Interpreting, Analysing, and Finally how to Reproduce the same in a presentable manner.
As per me, nothing of this sought is happening in the said Big Crowded Institutes.
Therefore, more failures and less pass %.
Few Institutes are providing coaching for more than 6,000 students per attempt, and giving adds stating 100% results in CA.
In such a case, every year atleast 10,000 students should become CAs from these institutes and then total CAs from all of these institutes should count to atleast 10 Lakh CAs - as of now. (since from 10 years, these institutes were there)
Fact is Total CAs as of Today is only around 1,87,000 members. What happened to 8 more lakhs.
Numbers are not matching - then fooling the Society.
Getting a Rank is Students’ Talent, rather than any Institutes.
May be due to Institutes approach, he may get 5 - 10% more overall.
If you really check the Institutes with Rank, Only few have passed (even less than 10%) and 90% are failures. Don’t be in 90%.
So, Please don’t go by Ranks. Only 10 Ranks for CPT & 50 Ranks for CA other streams.
What about us, who wants to pass by just Good Marks.
I Sincerely request Parents and Friends, to Choose Coaching Centres with Personal Attention and definetly Success Follows. (As proved in school education by home tutorials).
