Change of surname after marriage

First you need to apply for change in name in Adhar card by submitting marriage certificate...if name on Adhar Card is changed then you need to apply for change in name in pan card by submitting proof of Adhar card...you can also apply for directly change in name in pan by submitting marriage certificate but Adhar and pan should be linked that's why change Adhar first and then pan

Get a Marriage Certificate and apply for change of Name in Aadhaar and PAN.
