Would like to know if the higher shareholder pvt ltd who is the MD of the company can change the mode of operation of the bank account and also add a new director by passing resolution through single signature.
Addition of director added in roc.
Earlier MD and Director 1 were joint signatories
Now MD and Director 2 are joint signatories. Director 1 not authorized.
This happened post monetary dispute.
