I need to complete 4 months of extension period. I had a talk with a CA at my hometown for completing the period under him as i have shifted back and cannot continue with my present CA. The issue is that the new CA is going to change his proprietory firm into partnership after 2 months. He has asked me to wait for 2 months until he changes his firm.
Can i enter into an agreement (102 & 103) right now with him having a proprietory or do i have to wait for 2 months?
would my articleship agreement would be valid if i enter now?
