a private co's name is changed.... so are new share certificates to be printed ??? is stamp duty to be paid ?? is the overall cost very basic ??? plz help

No need to print, the new name can be endorsed under proper authority of the Board. No fresh stamp duty on the existing shares.

furthe share alloted on 24 th August 2001 and if duplicate shares to be issue in 2008 what is the rate of duty payable if any
