Change of name of society in the address of the company

Dear Sir,

Our company's building name has been changed from A to B . We have to go for filing of MGT-14 and INC-22 as the name B is being used in all the agreements and electricity bill is also generated on the new name .

Please advise if the above is corrrect and can i go ahead with only board resolution attaching the electricity bill as proof.
