What is the complete procedure for change of name of the co and altertion of MOA for name change under the new companies act.
Please provide neccessary draft of resolutions and inf regarding forms to be filed with ROC.

pl provide the procedure for name change of sec 8 company(charitable organisation).i'm trying to fill INC-1 form but unable to fill and on checkform form showing error that put pvt limited at the end of proposed name but it is a charitable organisation.
