Change of name of Company

name of co.can be changed if there is any joint venture agreement take place or due to amalgamation or like circumstances

. take Board meeting, take egm , file form 1A, Form 1B,get ROC approval through fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon change of name ,arrenge common seal for new name ,make necessary changes on display  bord of register offfice , change name in bank record etc
